The Government Regulatory Recovery Fee is $2.58/month. It is applied to help fund fees, costs and other amounts related to federal, provincial and/or municipal mandates, programs and requirements. It is not a tax or charge the government requires Primus to collect and is subject to change. A one time Activation Fee of $35 and a $0.75 911 fee applies on all plans. Where applicable, additional airtime, data, long distance, roaming, options and taxes are extra and billed monthly.
